Who we are

What this website collects
At present, Eveil does not collect personal information directly from visitors through this website. There are no forms in operation, no accounts, no payment processing and no advertising trackers. Webfonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so browsing does not disclose your visit to an external font provider.
Separately from that: the site is delivered by a hosting provider, which processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent and request time in the ordinary course of serving and securing the site. That processing is inherent to delivering any website and is carried out by the provider under its own terms.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are read, roughly where visits come from, and how quickly pages load. It is enabled through Cloudflare, which hosts the site and adds a small measurement script to the pages it serves. We use it to understand and improve the site, not for the purpose of identifying individual visitors.
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use client-side state such as cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics, and that it does not fingerprint individuals by IP address, user agent string or other data for the purpose of displaying analytics. We do not use Web Analytics data to build individual visitor profiles or for advertising or cross-site tracking.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use it to respond and, where a working relationship follows, to carry out that work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship it belongs to, and no longer than necessary. If you would like your correspondence deleted, write to us and we will do it, except where we are required to retain something for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Confidentiality of client information
Confidential client information is handled in accordance with the terms and confidentiality obligations applicable to the relevant engagement.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated as the website changes. In particular, it will need to be revised before any part of the site collects information through a form or supports paid products—neither of which it does today.
